No, it’s not your birthday? Maybe this month? Even if it’s not, it doesn’t matter because May is my birthday month and we are going to have FUN with it! 

I have been working my buns off to develop & create and as a present to US, I want to come together in the month of May to embrace the simple things in life and get excited for the summer season.

Choosing to wake up, nuture yourself and move your body has just gotten a whole lot easier.

I have set up a Spring Fling Challenge. It’s a “fling” because you are going to have a love affair with yourself. (Get your mind out of the gutter) I’m talking about taking 15 minutes a day to workout with me and the fellow peeps on JBird Fitness to wake up your body, see it’s glory and get ready for the summer.
