  • How often are new workouts posted?

    • New video workouts are posted every Monday at 7am.

       

  • How can I find older videos?

    • Go to the workout page on the website and scroll down to the video library to find all workouts.

 

  • How do I do a workout longer than 15 minutes?

    Right now all JBird workouts are delivered in approximately 15 minute segments. Currently these workouts cannot be merged into one simultaneous longer workout. However, you do have three options to workout for longer than 15 minutes:

    • Mix and match by choosing the workouts you like at random
    • Click a category to stay within that specific concentration

    • Choose a workout collection to do a full body workout

       

  • Do I need any equipment in order to do the workouts?

    • JBird Fitness is designed to make your workouts as easy as possible, with minimal equipment needed.  Some videos suggest using a pair of 3-5 lbs hand weights, a yoga mat, and an 8-12-inch soft ball. However, recommendations are given, if you do not have this equipment.

 

  • I noticed you do most of the workouts barefoot.  Can I wear sneakers?

    • Yes, you can.  Personally I LOVE being barefoot, whether I am working out or not.  There are great benefit to training this way, as well.  But if you are more comfortable in sneakers or you are working out in a public space, by all means, put the sneaks on.

 

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    • JBird Fitness memberships can be cancelled at any time by emailing Janine at janine@jbirdfitness.com. *

    • Or you can cancel, by logging on to JBirdFitness.com, click "Your Account". Under "edit my plan" clicking "cancel".

  • When will my credit card be billed?

    • For Monthly members, your credit card will be billed on your monthly anniversary date.

    • Annual members will be billed yearly on your anniversary date.

       

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

       

  • How can I change or update my credit card?

    • You can change or update your credit information on the “your account” tab on the bottom of the home page.

       

  • What devices can I use to watch JBird Fitness workouts?

    • JBird videos can be viewed on any device that has internet access.  This includes iPad’s, iPhones, android devices, desk top computers, lap tops, etc.
