Membership Details:

  • On-Demand Video Library

    • Once you become a member your log in gives you 24/7 access to the ever growing library which currently contains 60+ workout videos. To keep your exercise options fresh & exciting, a new 15 minute video is posted every week. At the end of each month the 4-5 workouts create a cohesive workout collection for you to play with (up to 60 minutes) or mix n match with the other collections in the library.

  • Private Facebook Group

    • An interactive experience with Janine and other JBird Plus & Premium Members, who support, motivate and cheer each other on.

  • Weekly Fitness Tips

    • Designed to make you more efficient and to help you get results faster. Fit tips will help you effectively connect to your muscles & tap into your fitness mindset before you tackle your workouts.          
  • Fitness Program Calendars

    • Take on a challenge of your own or jump on the Facebook Group and dare others to join you. These programs are exclusive to Plus and Premium members and can be viewed online at anytime. New calendars will be rolled out on a quarterly basis so the workout combinations stay fresh, exciting and FUN!

  • One-on-One Consultation/Private Training Session with Janine

    • First month: 60 minute consultation with Janine on Google Hangouts (a skype-like medium) to develop a baseline to help you get started with JBird Fitness. Each following month, 1-on-1 time will be split into a personal program evaluation and a workout session.

  • Personal Weekly Check-ins: 10-15 minute scheduled meet-ups.

    • These quick chats will give us an opportunity to fine tune your program, customize it to your needs and continue to keep you moving in a positive direction.

  • Weekly LIVE Workouts with Janine & your fellow Premium Members.

    • I love this part! Via Google Hangouts, I will have the opportunity to see you move. YES! I will be able to check on your form while doing the exercises, offer modifications/adjustments and be able to interact LIVE with you in real-time. These classes will be scheduled at various times each week, giving you options to work into your personal schedule and on top of that, they will be a TON OF FUN!
